ORDERING FROM WISEGUYS

To place an order, simply email us with the item to be ordered and address of where the item(s) will be shipped to.  We will then let you know if we have the item in stock and what the total cost would be including shipping and handling.  You will then have the option of sending a certified check or money order or pay by using the PayPal option (3% surcharge for Paypal or Credit Cards). THE COMPANY

Wiseguys Used Emergency Equipment was started in 1996 to provide a place for volunteers and professional alike to get Used Emergency Equipment at discounted prices. We are making every effort to keep the pricing as low as possible. Our goal is to make Wiseguys Used Emergency Equipment the number one choice to purchase used lightbars and other used equipment on the world wide web.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All large or heavy products are shipped via Fed Ex Ground so that they can be tracked if a problem arises. We do email tracking numbers so that you can track your package while in transit. Smaller packages and Electronic parts are usually shipped via Priority mail by the US Post Office. Most orders are shipped the next day after payment is received, but please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped. Every attempt is made to ship orders as soon as possible. We will also do special shipping, but need to know ahead of time and the cost will be covered by the customer. All shipping charges cover both shipping and handling.

RETURNS

All returns are handled on a "case by case" basis. Any product that has been installed, tampered with or used in any way will not be accepted for return. All returns, if accepted, must be within 5 days of purchase. Any item that is accepted for return, will be charged a 20% restocking fee less the shipping and handling fee. You must contact Wiseguys Used Emergency Equipment to get prior approval on any return.

WARRANTY

Used emergency equipment is just that...."Used". We offer no warranty on used equipment. Each unit that is shipped is thoroughly checked out and will not be shipped if there is a problem. If you feel that your item was damaged during shipment, contact us directly for claim purposes. We will do our best to work with someone who needs a small part that might have gotten broken during transit.
